Forms of Payment Accepted
MIZCHIF CLOTHING currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express AND Money Orders . If you would like to pay via Money Order. Please place your order by phone by calling 1-347-277-7315 Monday-Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm EST.

Pricing policy
Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry MIZCHIF CLOTHING APPARELL.

Sales Tax
We charge required local and state taxes for New York State only. Sales tax in clothing in New York State is 8.625%. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system.

Price adjustments
• Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) adjustment for items purchased within 7 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For more information please contact our customer service department.

Free Exchanges, Easy Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. If you are exchanging your item, you will not be charged shipping costs on the new item. Does not apply if you are having your item shipped 2-day or overnight. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Shipping costs are not refundable

  1. Return/Exchange Instructions:
    Please e-mail customerservice@mizchifclothing.comor call us at 1-347-277-7315 Monday through Friday, 10:00am to7:00pm EST for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you contact us
    by e-mail, you will receive the RAN within 24 hours. You must print the RAN on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your
    shipment.

    If you cannot find the included return/exchange form, you must still print your RAN number on a piece of paper with your name, address, phone number, order date, and e-mail address.

  2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.
  3. Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via email on record of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email you. If you have any questions, please email us anytime at customerservice@mizchifclothing.com. You can also call us at 1-347-277-7315 Monday through Friday, 10:00am to7:00pm EST (US holidays excluded). Credit Card Refunds
Credit Card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

All orders received by 2:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped the day after. Please keep that in mind when deciding what shipping method to select.

International
Shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order and the destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the transaction. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility. A street address and telephone number is required. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO.

Shipping Delays
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee the arrival of international packages due to inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States. If you are interested in ensuring the delivery, Mizchif clothing.com can ship your order via FedEx guaranteed overseas shipping. Please contact customerservice@mizchifclothing.com for exact Federal Express rates.

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to customs processing. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Mizchif Clothing.com. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes; they are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Order status

Order Confirmation
If you provide a valid email address at the time you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. At the time of ship, you will also receive a shipping confirmation.

Terms of service
All transactions hereunder shall be subject to and construed under the laws of New York State. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to jurisdiction of the New York state courts in the county of Kings.

When placing an order with Mizchifclothing.com, you are attempting to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that order.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to change these prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the product descriptions on our website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.

All pictures, logos, graphics, text or description contained within monifc.com are copyrighted and belong to Mizchif clothing and others. You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions for any use without written consent from MIZCHIF CLOTHING.

Privacy Policy
We will always handle your personal information in secure manner and will NEVER sell your information for any reason. If you would like to update or delete your information from our database, please contact customerservice@mizchifclothing.com and we will make the change immediately. Our privacy policy is subject to change, so refer to this section often.

Delivery Time
When estimating when your MIZCHIF CLOTHING PURCHASES will arrive, please consider the following: - Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing - All MIZCHIFCLOTHING.com. Orders received by 2:00pm EST will be shipped the same day (M-F). Orders received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day. - 2-day and Overnight shipping are NOT available for Saturday. If you need your package in your hands before Saturday, 2-day shipping orders must be in by Wednesday 2pm EST for Friday delivery. Overnight orders must be in by Thursday 2pm EST for Friday delivery. - There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carries do not pickup or deliver.
